The holiday home is located in an old Saxon farm from 1785, on the former part where the cows used to stand and whose atmosphere is still completely intact due to the old trusses and the open loft-like character.

The farm was built on an old river dune of the river Sethe, the current Meppelerdiep. From the farm you can see the boats sailing by, from small yachts and sailing boats to large container ships.

The feeling of space and freedom makes Deel Vier so special.

The Weerribben-Wieden National Park immediately begins on the other side of the Meppelerdiep, the largest continuous low moor swamp in North-West Europe. The peat meadow area of ​​the Staphorsterveld extends on the other side.

Due to this unique location, our place is a true bird paradise with marsh birds, meadow birds, but also in our yard the stork, barn owl and woodpecker, not to mention the birds in our barnyard garden such as starlings, sparrows, great tits and so on.

The large, high open space of the house and the expanse and space outside give the ultimate feeling of freedom.
